spartan tuned yesterday, no boost today

Just like it says, I managed to put the spartan 165 in my truck yesterday after 5pm. Took it home, and today I did some running around to pick things up for work. Installed my straight pipe, took my brother for a ride in it at about 9 PM and this is the first time I have mashed the throttle on it. It goes thru 1st, then 2nd, then half way through 3rd it acts/sounds like an intercooler boot blew off. So I took it back to the shop, looked under the hood, everything looks fine... Now I'm stresssing.. I almost think it has something to do with the variable vein turbo's but not sure. I was going to load my stock tune but dont have it on the SD card, so I loaded the lowest hp gain and still the same thing. No boost....

take your intake off and have a look at the turbo

Yeah, if i give it enough pedal it will smoke alot. Its getting fuel, just no air.

take your intake off and have a look at the turbo . if the wheel looks ok . start looking for split boots to and from the water/air cooler,one may be split but will look normal untill you touch it,(thats what she said) then check the plastic manifold on the top.
sounds exsactly like what happened to me on my 08.
