New Truck Need Advice on tuner, dpf, exhaust...

Just trade my 2008 Harley Davidson for a 2011 king Ranch, loved the HD but it was time to replace it. I had Spartan 310 with DPF delete and Magnaflow exhaust. I need some advice on Tuner (Minimax or Spartan), Is it ok to just do the dpf delete leaving the original muffler or should I install a 4 or 5 inch turbo back? Any power gain or just looks and sound? Lastly egr delete?

sorry for the many questions, just want to hear form those that have already made modifications on their 2011.

I really like my minimax.

Major power gains with DPF delete, I'm running a 4" TBE and the truck whines a little bit now, but sounds awesome at WOT. Someone on here said that ideally you should run a 5" for best sound/perf.

I'm still on the fence about the EGR delete. Once you do the DPF delete, you lose one of your pyro sensors that the MiniMax uses. With a H&S EGR delete, you get back one of your pyro's to monitor your EGT's which the Minimax unit can use to keep everything safe. I think the Minimax also closes all the EGR stuff once you flash, so I don't think that system is doing anything once you tune.

If you want it to be quiet, then do a new 4" or 5" system with a muffler. Doing just a dpf/cat delete pipe and using the factory tail section with factory muffler will be kind of loud. Give us a call if you have any questions and we can hook you up.
