H&S SURGING!!

im not knocking them but at around 30% throttle on load when trq con is locked, there is a very pronound surging issue im finding. it is a kind of pfft pfft pfft sound coming from the turbo. mostly heard from the air filter area, partnered by loss of power. 'UNLESS" .... i put more or let off the throttle. kind off annoying. anyone else have this or is it an isolated deal?

I have the same problem, its just a serious sweet spot for it to happen, 55-60km hour and light load, either small hill or slush or something.

Edit: There are other users reporting the same thing, so were not alone.

I have a slight surge and loud noise coming from the airfilter area around 1100 RPM. have always had it since the H&S and delete install. Not sure if it's the H&S though

Do you guys have stock or aftermarket air intakes?

From the sounds of it, the turbo is making the noises. I have seen a few stock trucks do it as well. We will see if we can change some things in the tuning to remedy it for the next update.

My truck also surges. I am running the AFE Pro Dry Air Intake. I have the 5" Flo Pro Exhaust w/o muffler, and I have the EGR block off plates if any of that matters.

and try and get rid of the lazy shift from 1-2 and the wheeeeeew sound lol

I think mine is OK with the latest 6.7.10 update from H&S! You guys still have thge issue or not?

I havent noticed the surge at all since the update, still having the 2-3 shift flare though.
