DPF delete MPG??

Anybody have any info on what kind of milage is being seen after a DPF delete?

21-24 computer counting
today it showed 14 with a 18k gooseneck on. thats mpg not mph haha

Does the cab need to come off on the 2011's to delete the egr and cooler?
