No tunes showing up on my new Spartan Tuner

Just got my Spartan Tuner in yesterday for my new 6.7. When I went to download a tune it was blank, there was no tunes on the tuner. I pulled out the SD card to check on the computer and the tunes were there. Do I have to do a software update to the Spartan to recognized the tunes like the 6.4 when they came out with updated tunes?

Did u follow the instructions that came with the dashdaq

Is the DashDaq updated with the new v2 software? If not I think that is probably why the DashDaq cant read the tunes.

I have not done anything. I just purchased it from Spartan, opened the package, plugged it into my truck. When I tried to select wich tune I wanted there were no tunes to choose from, it was blank. I was thinking maybe the DashDaq still had the old software and was not updated, therefore the DashDaq cant read the tunes. I am thinking I need to do the V2 software update to the DashDaq

hmmm ,you might have to im not sure, i remember on my 08 i had to do all the downloading of the files from an email they sent me . try doing the update, remember to save all the files on to your desktop first . always good to have them backed up anyway.

You have to send Spartan your trucks strategy code then they will send you new files to download to your sd card
