No, it's textured and I don't think paint will stick very good. It's black so that goes with the wheels, good enough for me. Just need some black headlights and bumpers now.

I work at a body shop. Its very much possible to paint match the grille and if you wanted to spend a little more money on it, you could even have the grille smooth. It would be something to take to a smaller body shop to have them to do it because a bigger one would most likely tell you they can't do it since they don't like doing small jobs like that.
