Best DPF back exhaust? Ideas?
Looking for a good exhaust for my 6.7L Scorpion. Want a DPF back. Hoping to improve on the sound. Anyone got any ideas?

DPF back will make no difference in sound or performance. It's strictly for looks. That said, buy which ever one you think looks best. I have the Banks DPF and think it looks pretty good IMO.

Pick the one you like the look of the best really doesn't make any difference in sound or performance. As stated above, none of them are going to make any difference is sound if the CAT/DPF are still installed in the truck.

Waste of money IMO

Unless you don't like the ugly stock rear portion of the exhaust. $400.00 ish is not much to make your truck more pleasing to your eye. Most people will own the truck for a long time, so it's worth it IMO.

How do you like the banks exhaust. I was looking at that and the intake.

Do you have the single or the dual? I've been thinking about the duals because all my gassers had duals. Ever since my first diesel I've been running singles and don't know why... I've always liked duals so I've been trying to find a pic of the monster duals and haven't had any luck.

Mines a single, have never been a fan of duals on trucks, but that's just me. |

I have the 2011 6.7 and just want to know the most effective way to get a deeper sound out of this very quiet diesel engine without spending too much.
New to the forum Thanks |
