One kit gets rid of everything including the cooler, and is a little more work to install. The blocker plates are not doing anything that the tuning isn't already doing, but does provide a nice place to monitor EGTs. Blocker plates take 5-10 min to install and main purpose is for monitoring egts.

So is there any downside to just doing the block off plates vs the full delete?

So say you have to put it back to stock wouldn't it be easier to just do the block off plates? So just to be clear the only advantage is to clean up the engine bay and shed 140lbs? Sorry to be a dead horse....
