IDP Tuning, Track, and Dyno Results
We finally had time to work on the "Xtreme Street" tune today. The Street has been complete for a couple weeks now, but dialing in the trans is a requirement for the Xtreme tune, due to the extra power. Here's the dyno of the Street with and without load control and the first version of the Xtreme.
The 14.28 pass was on the Street lastnight, since we just finished the Xtreme today. It definitely feels much stronger.

Looks clean... I assume you still have the stock exhaust by the sound of it?

Yes, it's DPF on. I have the "Off Road" complete, but it'll release as an option when programming the truck.

Great news! Making pretty good power already! Keep it up.

480hp DPF on tuning? Nice, sounds like a lot more is in store for off road applications.

The DPF flows very well and with the Urea, you can make great power with stock exhaust. It does use more Urea when you are on it hard.

Not trying to sound stupid or ask a stupid question, but what kind of power could the 6.4L put on with the DPF? I understand it didn't have the urea, but was the 210 tune with DPF on the tops? What kind of dyno #'s was the 210 getting or am I confused?

I don't recommend running much more than ~150rwhp or so on a 6.4L with DPF. The first gen DPF just isn't as efficient.
