To answer your first question....yes. No changes to the exhaust system or truck frame from 2011-2016. You will need a tuner/programmer of course.
As for your second question, yes you can change the tip or put on a DPF back tailpipe. No tuner/programmer needed for this. This is only cosmetic and will not change engine performance or exhaust tone. It's generally advised against doing this because the factory tailpipe is designed to cool the exhaust gases, which are especially hot during the exhaust regeneration process.
the 17861 is cheaper and doesn't have a muffler which you don't even need because of the DPF
