Question about max tire size with lift.

Running a 6" Zone lift, the recommended tire is a 37x12.5 with 4.5 backspacing and a 0 offset. Can I run a 38" tire? Or, could I run a 37x13.5 - if so, what kind of offset should I look for? I was thinking a 20x9 with 4.5 backspacing and a -12 offset would work with a 37x13.5...thoughts?

I ran 37x13.5's and 20x10's on 6 inches of lift and had no problems. They tend to under-rate the recommended size for wheels and tires. I think you should be fine with 37x13.5's and -25 offset with 4-5 inches of backspace, which is what usually comes with 10 inch wide wheels.

6" lift, 37x13.5 Toyo MTs on 20x10 with -12 offset and 5" back spacing. Slight trimming on firewall side of fender liner but that's it, with no rubbing.
