DPF Question

Has anyone gutted it out so it looks in place but completely by-passed. Is it possible to just bore a 4 inch hole down the center to bypass it?

There have been guys that said they've gutted the DPF & Cat, but said its a PITA, one said to use an air chisel

The newer trucks look like one big pipe that doesn't come apart to gut it.
