H&S delete exhaust but not egr...

So this may be a stupid question but I figured id ask anyway since I haven't found it anywhere else. What would happen if due to time constraints I tuned my truck with a mini maxx and removed the exhaust but left the egr in place for a couple of days until I could remove it? Would it be an issue or no it would just not work and be a lead weight in the engine bay? Thanks.

Just unplug the 2 actuator plugs, most tuners delet the egr because if no DPF is present and you reburn that crap, you're blowin coal.

If you look at te reason all this bs started it was EGR, burning anything other than cold clean air in a Diesel engine produces soot, then you have to capture the soot, then you have to burn it to get rid of it, anybody that's owned a7.3L. Remembers how clean those were,
The problem with all this, is EPA is trying to make everyone fix a problem that's only occurring in a few urban areas.
