New H & S mounting option

Well the sun finally destroyed the suction cup and it would no longer stick to the windshield. I never really liked it there but I had no intention of buying the blend mount piece.
Since I never use that small pocket under the drivers power outlet, I ended up cutting down the base of the mount and bolted it into the pocket. I love were it sits now as other drivers can't see it while tooling down the road and it's still very visible. Here's a pic... I could get more if anyone is interested.
Jeff

Looks good. Is your truck 2wd? Because the 4x4 switch looks like it only does the locker?

mounting option

I bought the side-dash mount but did not like how "bulky" it looked on the dash. I mounted mine close to where you did and secured it with Velcro. I can see the readings easy enough.
