Angry DPF/Turbo Limp mode issues

A few weeks ago while driving the check engine light came on and went to limp mode. I stopped and had the codes checked and it was the dpf filter code and the sensor code. While on my way home the turbo quit and it went to almost a crawl. I called Ford and they said it would be between 7600 to 10000 to fix it. As you can guess I told them to piss up a rope. I have already spent 12000 on repairs over the past two years. I have totally wiped out my savings yet I still owe on this POS. I am a die hard Ford guy but that is becoming a thing of the past. I was told by Rudy's that if I bought the DPF with Programmer for 1498 dollars that will solve everything. Is that the case if not the bank can have this nightmare.
