450 suspension question

Hey guys looking for a little help here. I have been going back and forth here on what I want out of a new truck. I just sold my 7.3 not to long ago and was thinking I want to go with the cc lb again with a 4.5 inch lift and 37, my last truck was the same but with 35's and it was just right. But I am now thinking I want to go with a heavier camper and am looking at 450's, but I can't leave anything stock so I have some questions. Dually info is hard to come by so here goes. I know that I do not want 22's or 22.5's but I was looking at the American Force bolt on 19.5's(independance style) with 265/70/19.5 Toyo m608z tires and these are just shy of 35". I like the lifted look but don't like my trucks to high, will these fit stock or would I have to use a 2.5" or 4.5" lift kit? I was also under the impression that the 450's sit level as they have smaller rear blocks? Thanks for any info as I really want to get this right the first time.
