I waited till my warranty expired to replace my fuel system on m 04. I had the FASS system (150) on my 2004 6.0. It was awesome. From what I have read about the fuel systems being used on the 6.7's, they are much better then 05-07 models. I think with your set up, you will be safe for the amount of volume the stock system is pumping.
Just my 2 cents. As you have been through this in the past, I have been researching this for my 2012 6.7. I ran bio in my 04. The stock pump was crap. I run a B40 to B60 mixture. I will not do that with the 6.7 till I know more and or feel more confident.
Also think if you are going to tune the truck with a really hot tune, you may then need a aftermarket system to provide the amount of fuel needed.
