H&S without deleting?

I have been debating on if I should delete everything or not. What gains did anyone get by not deleting. I have had some problems with the def tank but would rather keep everything on right now.

Does H&S even offer any dpf on tunes?

Just leave it on and run dpf on tunes. Delete when you get ready
