Engine Tick Question

I know that they have released a TSB about the engine tick after oil changes saying its normal, but has anyone figured out what actually causes it? Also has anyone figured out a way to get rid of it? I just find it hard to believe something like this is normal considering it only happens after you change the oil.

It does, but mine also stops after a while.
