2013 6.7 boost issue

I have a 2013 f350 6.7 that is experiencing boost problems every once in awhile. I will drive for extended periods of time and it don't happen but then all of sudden it will. The truck will fall on its face and have no boost or power for about 5-10 seconds then boost comes back and it's fine and won't do it again for a while. Anyone else ever had a problem like this before?

boost issues

hard to believe no one answered you. I'm having almost the same problem. My 2012 looses boost. I cycle the key and she runs fine for a while.

There's supposedly a fairly new TSB for the wastegate actuator on 11-14 trucks. Mine was doing it far more frequently causing terrible drivability, poor fuel mileage and several incomplete regen cycles. The dealer changed the failed part and everything is better now. I had to insist it wasn't right and that it wasn't a typical regen problem like it appears the dealers like to lean on. Hope this helps!!

I experienced the same thing. Driving along then all of a sudden very little boost pressure and lack of power. Turn key off and re-start fixed the problem every time I had it. It only happened 2 or 3 times in maybe a 1 month period. This was a year and half ago. Hasn't returned since.
