Fuel milage drops after 7k miles. went from 17 to 12 and won't pick up

Bought the truck new and up to 7k miles and the truck was getting 16.5-17 mpg. After 7k the fuel milage went to 12-13 and won't pick back up. Been to tje dealer 2 times now and no problems but still bad milage I have 37k on the truck. At 21k I did a dpf delete and a tuner on tje truck and it did not help some times at an idle the truck has a rough idle and sounds like it is under a load miss or heavy load on it. Not the type writer sound that is normal. Cant explain. Please help.

I would like to do something. I run the spartan tuner and have tried all the tunes. I had dropped before I had ever touched the stock truck. My name is David 512-845-6618
