Fuel pressure issue

Hey guys! Got an issue with my work truck. 2013 F350 deleted like mine. In the mornings it surges pretty bad. Like throttle/engine surge, not the turbo surge everyone is talking about. I can see the fuel pressure jump up a good bit along with the rpms. Only does it before its warmed up. Once at about 195 it goes away. I've updated the H&S like they told me to and no change. Someone suggested might be an issue with the FPR. What you guys think? Don't really want to reinstall the stock exhaust to go to the dealer
