6.7 Turbo Issue?

When driving loaded or unloaded usually highway speeds the turbo seems to release pressure rapidly and gain it just as fast. It happens around 5-10PSI, like the turbo is fluttering. Boost will bounce from 2-10psi.

Truck is under warranty just unsure how to go about this.

There are quite a few threads dealing with "turbo surge". I don't want to scare you, but my turbo was just replaced under warranty for a few different reasons. My old turbo would bounce around PSI like you are saying. I have not noticed my new one do it yet.
