Possible Turbo leak

Ok I know something is wrong with my truck for the past two months it has not been running the same as it used too. As you can see i am deleted and I'm running the War Hammer tune so I know what my truck should feel like. As of right now my throttle response is not there down low or in hwy speeds even worst then when stock. I have clean and replaced my mass air sensor cleaned my CAI and tried different tunes with the same throttle response. I have no codes and even my mpg has not gone down at all but the truck just feels like turd. I was thinking my VGT solenoid or my vains are sticking because I also dont hear the turbin whistle like I used too when i first turn the truck on or the big burst of air from the wastegate when just shifting from 1st to 2nd gear around slow acceleration. Well this past weekend I opened up the hood so see if I could find anything and I notice that the back of the wastegate has some soot on it like if maybe the hot side of the turbo or manifold side is leaking going into the turbo compressor. Has anyone heard or know of these trucks going bad from there? I still need to put my hand back there or get a mirror with some light to see where exactly its coming from. Could this be why my throttle response is so sluggish? Any info would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance...
