stuck dpf egt sensor

I got out the dpf and for the life of me I can't get out the sensor. I've tried PB blaster and a vise grip but nothing anyone have any past experiences with this problem care to share how I can get this out? Also thinking about doing the cat and dpf delete, but want to know if I get the pipe with the connections for the sensors do i still have to get a tuner? Thanks in advance for the help!

Tuner required

Yes you need a tuner to delete the dpf (you will also void your warranty). If you heat with torch and then cool with ice many times the cycling will break it free. Best stuff on market for freeing parts is Kroil.

spray freeze it. I've broke loose many things on both aircraft and trucks with it.

Sometimes no matter what you do the sensor won't come out, at least not all of it. When that happens I usually just replace the threaded fitting it screws in to. You can get weld on replacement egt fittings here:

OE Style Exhaust Gas Temp EGT Sensor Bung for Ford Powerstroke Diesel 6 4 6 7L | eBay

Those ^^^ have saved me a few times already.
