Yup sounds like they didnt get that turbo sealed up. Got any fumes in the truck?
Here is how I found my leak. Before the sun comes up when the truck is cold crawl up on the motor with a flash light and have someone start it. Youll see the leak pretty fast.

Yeah. My buddy has a 6.4, and one day he blew an uppipe bellows, and you could hear the hissing of the exhaust leak when the engine ran. At the time, we didn't know it was an exhaust leak until he popped the hood and revved the motor while I looked at it. Coal came rolling out from under the hood!

That further indicates its an exhaust leak.
