hard start when hot

i have a 1995 7.3 powerstroke that when hot sometimes won't start without pressing the accelerator. Sometimes it will start immediately then die after just a couple of seconds running..most times it starts and runs fine. This only happens when is warmed up. Can anyone help with this?

Might wanna check fuel filter, and make sure you're correct on oil level. Also, have you replaced your crank position sensor? Its cheap and easy to try and see if this is your problem..
