2011 f350 keeps turning off

Just wanted to see If you guys have heard of this problem I have a 2011 f350 I have had 2 turbos replaced to egr and it has been in and out of shop for coolant smell and dieing out of no where. After the second turbo was replaced the truck started to die when idling for like 10 min took it to the dealership they ran check and said a vale that is on the air to air was sticking shut so they changed ran fine for 3 days then it started dieing again so its is back in the shop again. idunno but im getting very aggrevated I love the truck just hate taking to the shop.

Are you running stock or tuned/deleted? How many miles on your truck?

It is stock except left and rims and tires miles 42072 I bought it brand new

Your truck meets California emission standards, the truck is equipted with an idle shut down. If it idles for ten minutes it will shut its self off. There is no problem with the truck, its with your state.

It happens just going down the road they still have it in shop trying to figure it out they say its in the fuse box they r replacing they hole thing. Ford service said if this doesn't fix it possible buy back. I hope not but man I'm tired of dealings with it

Oh i'm sorry man i thought you said it only happens when idling. I misunderstood.

I did say that didn't I. It was doing it in gear during my rig moves and sometimes after seating at a stop light 2 times leaving the car wash.

At least buy back is being offered they could say your stuck with it. I know how it is with constant breaking except mines in my 7.3 so I don't get the benefits of a nice quiet powerful truck when it is running.

When they say buy back does that mean they give you exactly what you payed for it? Does it include interest payed on the loan? Would they offer you a new truck equally equipped these are all answers i would want to know.Sorry for the bad luck hope they do right by you.

Every payment is returned in a buy back the truck would of been traded for a newer year but same and with out lift. They figured it out the guy that replace my turbo broke some wire connectors when they get shaken the truck would die. Ford has really been working with me they replaced the whole harness. The truck has been great. THANKS FORD
