Loud idle noise

Here's a short clip I took of my truck idling this morning. I was shocked. I drove it to the diesel pump after to top off and I stepped out of the truck to listen for the noise but it had stopped. I was guessing it was the inlet intercooler pipe but everything is normal at the moment.

Here's the vid:

think the part making all this noise is the EGR Vacuum solenoid... having a hard time finding a new one...

Here is the noise mine is making. Slightly different from the second video and the first video is no longer available for viewing. Noise started at 4400 miles on the odo and I hope Ford can track it down properly.

Mine started doing this two days ago but, only after shut off. Just called the dealer and there is a TSB for the Waste Gate Solenoid. I'm taking mine by there tomorrow for them to look at it and write something up to cover myself.

Kinda sounds like what my C&C truck sounded like when the little exhaust pipe bellows cracked.. Mine cracked to the top and melted the windshield washer tubing off the bottom of the hood.

Well I took mine in and the Service Bulletin claims Electronic Waste-gate Solenoid is what's making the buzzing noise. They don't replace this cause the smart engineer claims no damage can result from this. Well after a week and a half this this is now making the noise loud when I'm driving it. It sucks cause I did not spend this type of money to hear this crap.

Unplug wastegate solenoid, take two 12v batteries and wire them in series, fabricate two small jumper wires and short out the WG solenoid, connect the wiring back up, and call the dealership. Problem solved!
