Sudden stalling

i Have a 2003 7.3 Litre that will idle fine, but will stall when you touch the throttle. have changed the TPS, checked the IDM, HPOP idles at 800 psi., runs out at 1900 psi., changed fuel filters, lift pump checks out, It starts fine every time. Have checked ecm wiring for bad wires or green wires. Any Ideas??
