Turbo blew at 5000 miles

Last night, I was towing our race rig, came off a toll booth and the turbo was really loud and high pitched when it was spooled up, 50 miles later coming off a toll booth, turbo disintegrated and im pretty sure the impeller pieces went through the motor. Aint that some ****!!

Any updates? Is the truck tuned or stock?
