On the side of the road help please

***New problem added white smoke everywhere!***

2011 F250 with 22,000 miles. Last night I blew the black inlet tube going from the throttle body to the inter cooler. Had a replacement shipped and drove 100 miles and it blew again.

I am towing a goose neck with two cars and only have 160 miles left of this 3000 mile trip. Do any of you have any ideas or suggestions on what is going on or how to correct it?

Is it tearing or simply popping off? If popping off, on another thread someone suggested cleaning the mating surface of the tube with alcohol. once clean apply hairspray and immediately install the tube while wet. Once the hairspray dries up, it will become sticky. Ensure clamps are tight and it shouldnt pop off again.

If the issue is tearing, I dont know what to suggest.

Wow. I've never heard of anything like it. What did the dealer have to say about it?

The dealership had nothing to say. H&S informed me this is a known issue.

Unfortunately I don't have anything useful to add but oonce you figure it out and have a few moments to spare can you post up a pic of the piece thats failing... im curious.
