Truck doesnt like slow

When starting esp when it has been warm then sits, trying to drive 2-3 mph , lets say leaving a crowded fair grounds the truck wants to go lets say 5-6 mph, I then back off the pedal a bit and it wants to stop, then touch pedal again and wants to go6-7. Esp noticable going up slight grade. Slow is a problem when trying to go slower than folks walk

Sounds like a possible dragging break

Actualy its a control problem. I think the truck is confused by being as efficiant as posible, and not sure if it is cold or hot. I think its a drive by wire computer thing.You just realy cant control it slow and steady.
