I asked on here about the KR, and the truck in general. After reading several posts, however, it scared me off for a bit. Fortunatly, I have a job that gives me
plenty of time to think and not act. I calmed down and went back through this forum. I feel much better about the Scorpion now, though issues still seem to persist.
My question concerns those issues; since this is such a new, clean-sheet design, should they be considered teething problems? Most of the problems seem to have come from earlier build trucks, and the main issue (water/fuel injection) seems to be easily remedied with more stringent preventative maintenance (draining the water once a week). The dealer issues, of course, our beyond our control and plague every brand. My preferred dealer seems to be on the level, as my family has bought, and had serviced, many vehicles from them; at least until something happens then we'll see the real story
Othewise, the truck is exactly what I need, and already set up from the factory to pull my fiver. I'm drving everything in March (Ram and GM included) and will make my decision at that point.
