Exhaust smell in cab

This is at normal operating temp, while stopped. This is the second time Ive smelled this, and its a very strong smell. definitely coming from under the hood somewhere and being pulled into the air intake for the heater. Does not do it in recirculate... Anything to check other than the flange nut that has been mentioned in other threads?

if it's not the EBP tube leaking it could be one of the up-pipes or cobra head. any of those would be pretty hard to see with the upper intake on.

I've seen quite a few of those tubes leaking though, it's behind the EGR cooler on the right rear side of the engine
