Truck almost dies on take off.

The problem is happening more often now. When it first started it might do it once or twice a month. Now it will do it a 2-3 times a week. The problem only happens from a complete stop. The truck will take off then die for 3-5 seconds like it's not getting fuel. The truck runs fine after that just on take off.I haven't been to the dealer to have it checked out yet.Does it need to be reflashed?
