new owner

Just purchased 2011 F250 diesel. First night I drove it, when doing a slow take off the truck sputtered twice within thirty seconds. Took back to dealer next morning, found a code, and pulled another new truck off the lot and found same code. Never did get and answer. They told me the truck was adjusting itself to my driving habits. It is still not running smooth at very slow starts and very slow speeds. Works great when you give it some pedal. Any other problems like this for anyone, or any suggestions?
