Rough running
Yesterday while I was driving the 350 it all of a sudden started running rough/surging while doing 35 mph or so. It lasted about 30 secs. It wasn't REALLY bad but definitely noticeable. My passenger (whom I was driving around looking at new trucks for) said "that didn't seem good."
Anyway, It came and went and never came back. Is this an indicator of some issue coming? Thanks!

No way to really tell Bro!
If it was mine i would stop by the Dealer and have them check for a Code! other than that,some stuff has to actually break before you can find it... To many things can make the truck run like you described...
