I know absolutely nothing about the 6.7s but it sounds like a sensor went bad somewhere.

Did the dealer say if they were seeing a trend with this happening? How much urea have you been using? Just wondering since mine should finally be here next week.

I have 155 hours on my truck with 50 of that being at idle. Does anyone ever notice a injector knock? Like when u lug a 5 speed. I believe u need to run it hard a couple times a week cause the past 2 weeks have been very easy under 300 miles and I have noticed in the last day or two it feels like it is loaded up. I have 4300 hundred miles and my regen light comes on around every 100 miles. U can see the milage go down to.

from what little I know about the 6.7, sometimes that knock is the injection pump and is normal.
