6.7 Intercooler

Anyone know or heard of, if the 6.7 is plagued with moisture build up in the intercooler in high humidity environments and/or when driving in the rain while on the highway for a long period of time driving at highway speeds I.E. 60-75mph? Then when putting the truck under a "load" it falls on it's face for a few seconds, then clears up and takes off.

I have an '08 6.4 and I live in the Florida Keys(always humid) and make periodic trips to Tampa, and after being on the interstate for awhile, if I put the truck under a load, to get around traffic, it falls on it's face for a few seconds blowing out the well known "Grayish-White Smoke", then takes off.
Therefore I've been thinking about trading my '08 6.4 in for a 2011, and quite frankly wondering if it's worth it especially after researching the 2011 6.7 for few weeks and finding a few "negatives" about the truck regarding the "Urea" system which seem to over-shadow all the positives.
The truck I'm looking at has a 60K sticker, and I don't want to drop that kind of cash and be back at the service department 2 weeks later.

Sorry this is so long....any input greatly appreciated.

Will

Fairly confident the damp environment is the issue based on the way the truck acts, plus the dealer service dept tech, can not duplicate the problem because he's not authorized to drive the distance I think needed to re-create the problem......so I look at it as a safety concern since when I need to get around traffic and the truck will not do what it's supposed to do, and since the tech can not duplicate the problem. I've read alot of 6.4 owners living in high humid locations and/or while running in the rain for awhile their truck does the sam thing. The truck acts normal on short trips, but long trips a completely different story............. so I'm thinking about the 2011 since I have approximately 10K in positive equity on my truck.

My 6.4 did that once after a long drive in heavy rain on the highway. Then I pulled away from a light had no power and grey smoked everywhere. Scared the crap out of me. Thats the only time it happened though

It's always humid down here, and happens everytime after getting to the mainland and have been on the highway for awhile. Never does it while driving through the keys as there is no where you can get up to highway speeds for any length of time.......so I'm gonna head to Miami on Sunday and check a 2011 I found on the dealer's website inventory.
Truth be known, i really don't want to do this simply because when my '08 is running the way it's supposed too, it is a phenomenal truck by far, but when I can't get around traffic.........so we'll see what the 2011 has to offer.

The 6.7 uses a liquid to air intercooler so I doubt it will have this problem.
