P21B0 - Reductant Level Sensor C Circuit High

I have a Ford F250 2011 and a CEL showed up and the dealer after $120....
P21B0 - Reductant Level Sensor C Circuit High. Does anyone know the parts to fix this? Does it cause any issue for DIY? What are the part numbers for repair parts and where can they be ordered?

My truck is starting loose its appeal after the issues I have had after only 6 months of owning it. I am seriously considering going the DELETE route.

Probably DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) low.

The reductant level sensor incorporates four stainless steel electrodes, with three electrodes arranged vertically to provide a high, middle, and low level signal. The fourth electrode acts as a ground. When reductant tank is full, DEF closes a circuit between all three level electrodes and ground electrode, indicating tank is full. As DEF is consumed, level drops and uncovers each electrode in sequence then gives the sensor a Circuit High error code. The PCM calculates DEF level based on these signals.

it being a 2011 probably needs a new sensor, heater, pump assembly. I had to replace mine back beginning of winter. Very common for 2011-2012s to see a few failures on them by now. Can be done your self. IT IS A PAIN but not to bad. A aftermarket part is around $200, fords is $350 ish. i think its 2 hours billed at most dealers.

I have some pinpoint test that you can use to test resistance at the connectors with a volt meter or check voltage using a program like Forscan or IDS. Let me know what you decide to do.
