I love their trucks.
I hate their customer service in regard to this type of issue.
My wife's honda odessy 2001 had the tranny let go @ 126,000 mi.
Took it to the dealer, "not where it was purchased" and was told roughly
$6000 for a new replacement. I told the service manager how disappointed we were
with the durability of the van and showed him our maintenance history.
After listening he said go have a coffee and I'll see if we can do something to help.
Half hour later he tells me honda will replace the tranny if you pay $1000 labor fee.
DONE! No extended warranty, and still no bullsh*t.
