ticking under the motor

I have a ticking sound coming from the under side of the motor above the driverside tire. its not constant sometimes there is a 5 to 10 sec. gap and sometimes it wantdo it. the dealer said it was air in the fuel pump. has anybody had this noise? (by the way it is fully deleted with h&s programer and afe cold air intake)

here is a quick write up I was able to locate, I had talked to the dealership about it, they were telling me something about a TSB
