Looking at wheels, how do I figure the offset?

Ok so I want to get some xd monsters or fuel hostages and have been looking at a 20x10 to throw my 35x12.5s on. I have no idea what offset I need, I don't want them to stick any farther than factory if possible, please help! Thanks

Factory wheel are +44mm offset, with about 6.0 backspace.
I put on some Procomp with -6mm offset (4.75) backspace and they stick out about 2".

I would be looking for 20x9s if you dont want any poke. Most 10 wides have a negative offset. These are my hostages in 20x10 with a -24 offset and they poke a good bit.

I have 20x9 on mine with 4.5" of back space and no offset and the out side of the tire is almost flush with the outer edge of the stock fender flares at the top. The tires stick out slightly farther than stock, but they are wider too. I haven't done measurements to confirm, but by looking at it, if I tucked my 35x12.50 in as far as the stock tires, I think they'd rub at full lock.

Yea my 35s now rub on my radius arms at full lock, it can't be that much because I don't feel it but I can see where they rub.

Fuel hostages in 20x9 come in either 5.00 bs and 01 offset, 5.50 bs 14 offset, and 5.75 bs offset 20

9" wide wheels with 5.5" bs would be about perfect. I run 9" wide wheels with 5.75" bs and my 35.7's just kiss the factory control arms at full lock.

Here is a pic of how far they stick out:
