Stock height on stock wheels they will fit no problem from what I have read. When you start using aftermarket wheels then it completely depends on your setup.

Stock for now.

35 as a height isn't an issue, 12.5" wide on a stock wheel might be. I currently run 295/70/18's and they fit just about perfectly on a stock ride (11.5" wide roughly).

-24mm offset is going to rub pretty good. I was running a toyo 35x12.50 on 18x9s with a -12mm offset and it rubbed on the fender liner and bumper bracket at stock height.

Method Race Wheels "Mesh"

2012 F-250 XLT 4x4 - H&S tuned - Sinister EGR delete - Flo-Pro 5" downpipe back - Method "Mesh" 18x9 - Toyo M/T 35x12.50 - more to come..
