Stock height on stock wheels they will fit no problem from what I have read. When you start using aftermarket wheels then it completely depends on your setup.

35's fit my 2012 crew fx4.
18x9 xd hoss w/ 5.71" back spacing.
Tires are 35/12.50/18 toyo at2
Stock height. Never heard or felt a rub with suspension flex either.

35 as a height isn't an issue, 12.5" wide on a stock wheel might be. I currently run 295/70/18's and they fit just about perfectly on a stock ride (11.5" wide roughly).

-24mm offset is going to rub pretty good. I was running a toyo 35x12.50 on 18x9s with a -12mm offset and it rubbed on the fender liner and bumper bracket at stock height.
