F-250 Factory Rear Block

Does anyone know the height of the factory rear block for a 2013 F-250 FX4 4x4?

I have a 6" Pro Comp suspension lift and I'm wanting to drop the rear end about an inch. The kit uses an add-a-leaf for the rear suspension and I'm planning to remove this to achieve the stance I'm looking for. I've been told that removing this leaf will bring the rear height down 1-2 inches. The result may be more drop than I'm looking for, but I saved a 3" rear block from my old leveling kit which may make up for the extra loss in rear height.

1 7/8" tall, 350 block is 3 7/8"

Ditch that add a leaf ether way....worse thing you could do to the rear end! Harsh ride!
