Icon vs Pure Performance vs Carli

Help me decide which 4/4.5" kit please

Looking into the bottom level kits they offer. I like that the carli has brake lines with it and also the crossmember, but it seems like I can get an icon kit to my door for just under 2k.

Edit: here's another question. Any tires in between a 35 and 37 for a 20" wheel? One thing I'm worried about w/ a 4.5" kit is that a 35 will look too small, but I'm not sure I want a 37 either.

At under 2K you're getting blocks in the rear. Ours comes with a progressive add-a-pack so it's not really comparing apples to apples. If you were to pull our add-a-pack and add in a block, I'm sure ours would be the same price, if not a tad cheaper. You will be sacrificing ride quality to make that swap, though!

Carli FTW. You get what you pay for. Wanna look cool sure get the icon, but if you wanna look cool, be able to use the lift kit and ride nice on top of it get the Carli and never look back. I have been 4ft off the ground in a SD with the Carli kit and lemme tell ya it's a blast.

Like Dan mentioned you will definitely see a ride improvement from the Carli add a packs over a block. Not to mention the potential for future shock upgrades with the Carli kit.

I would say for the couple extra hundred bucks it is well worth it to go with the Carli Starter. You get the cross member, brake lines, and add a packs. The add a pack will ride far better and control wheel hop as opposed to just running a tall block.

If that is still too far our for your budget you could do the new Pure 4.5" Triple Threat with a set of 5100's for under $2200 shipped. Again, you are getting brake lines, and an add a pack/ short block combo as opposed a tall block.

The Pure coils have a lower rate than the Icon's and are pretty close to the Carli's. Carli uses a single rate coil so it's hard to make a direct comparison.
