Calling all BDS lift owners

Looking at lifting my next truck.... 2011 6.7. I know there are thousands of threads on lifts, and most of them end with.. you should get Icon, its top notch. I get it. It's also a tad pricey. From what I can tell... the BDS 4" is right up my alley. Anyone have any experience with the ride quality you get with this? I will be throwing on some 35x12.5x20 toyo mts as well

If anyone has some advice on another lift, let me know!! I would just like to keep all components under $2000

Thanks in advance

I am going with a Zone 4" lift kit. I have heard they are owned or made by BDS. I am in the same boat as you. Want to lift but don't have a ton of money to do it. They both seem to come with the same parts as Icon, maybe less quality but still good enough. And I plan to upgrade shocks with the Zone kit too. But I think it will be ok. Especially if you upgrade shocks later too.

I just compared Zone to BDS, looks like the only difference between them is the Zone doesn't have a new pitman arm. Wonder if that will be a problem?

Note he has the fox shocks. Do not get the stock bds shocks. I have zone lift and the shocks suck. They look the same as bds shocks. So I would definitely upgrade the shocks.
