Wtt chrome bumpers for paintable 13'

I am looking to trade my chrome bumpers for paintable bumpers and the grille as well. 2013 f250 lariat

You could always sand the bumpers with 180/120 sandpaper, clean em up with a mineral spirits, spray a self etching primer, and then paint your color of choice. (You can spray another few coats of heavy build primer and get it laser smooth by wet sanding after it dries) But if you don't get the chrome sanded enough it will NOT stick properly. But I have seen it done before with good results. Buddy wanted the same thing and couldn't sell his... So we did this. Maybe you will find someone to trade with ya, only problem is shipping if out of town. Bumpers aren't light, especially when your (basically) shipping 4 bumpers!!!

You guys can get your chrome bumpers wrapped in colour matched vinyl wrap for 1/10 the price of painting them and 1/10 the time. Plus it resists rock chips better, won't chip, and in 6 years if it is pitted, peel it off and get it wrapped again.
