anyone running 55w hids in their recons

I have smoked recons on my truck and was wondering if anyone is running an HID kit from retro solutions or any other kits and how they are holding up.

I'm hoping to put retro solutions 55w 6000ks in and have heard of rare cases of melting the recon lens. I think I'm gunna pull the trigger and just do it
